What kind of AI do you use in your projects?
We select the provider and model after assessing the use case, data sensitivity, cost, latency and integration requirements. A solution may combine hosted or open-source models, deterministic workflows, tool use and retrieval over approved business sources. The model name is not the product: the operating rules, evaluation and handover are.
What is n8n automation used for?
n8n is an open-source automation platform that can be self-hosted. We use it where a transparent, logged workflow is a better fit than an autonomous agent: for example, connecting a CRM, email, an online store or an internal system. Time saved depends on the starting process and is measured against an agreed baseline.
How much does it cost to implement AI in my business?
It depends entirely on scope — a simple chatbot with RAG over your website is a very different project from a complex agent integrated with your CRM, or a bespoke multi-agent platform. We always work from a fixed quote agreed after a discovery call, with an estimated ROI before you commit to anything.
Do I need technical knowledge to use the AI you implement?
No. Everything we deliver includes recorded training plus documentation. The AI runs in the background; you see the results in your dashboard, your inbox, WhatsApp, your CRM, or wherever makes most sense for your workflow. The day-to-day experience stays simple and transparent.
Is my data secure? Is it GDPR compliant?
Security and GDPR requirements are assessed before architecture is chosen. We document the data sources, processors, retention, permissions and human access required for the use case. Sensitive work may require EU-hosted or self-hosted components, a DPA and additional specialist review; we do not describe a system as compliant until that scope has been assessed.
Can I start small and scale up?
Yes. We recommend starting with one bounded use case, a named owner, an approved data set and a measurable success criterion. Expansion only follows if the first workflow is reliable, useful and economical in your real operating environment.
What’s the difference between a chatbot, an AI agent and an n8n workflow?
A chatbot answers questions (input → output). An AI agent makes decisions and takes actions — it plans, uses tools, and corrects itself. An n8n workflow is a deterministic sequence of steps (if-then). We combine all three depending on the case: workflows for repetitive, predictable tasks, agents for complex decisions, chatbots as the interface. We advise you on what you actually need before proposing anything.
What is RAG and when does it make sense?
RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) lets a model retrieve approved information before it answers. It can make responses more grounded and allow source references, but it does not eliminate errors. We combine retrieval with evaluation, access controls, refusal rules and human escalation according to the risk of the use case.
Can you integrate AI into WhatsApp Business?
Yes, where the WhatsApp Business Platform, consent model and approved message flows fit the use case. We define what the automation may answer or do, how it uses CRM context and when a person takes over. Account and template approval remain subject to Meta’s policies.
How do you measure the ROI of an AI project?
Before starting, we agree a baseline and a concrete success criterion such as review time, resolution quality, qualified leads or response time. The implementation is logged and evaluated against that baseline. If the evidence does not justify continuing, the next decision is to adjust, contain or stop the workflow.
