GPT-4o and o1 (OpenAI), Claude 3.5 Sonnet and Opus (Anthropic), Gemini 1.5 Pro (Google), plus open-source models such as Llama 3.1 and Mistral Large depending on the case. We build AI agents with persistent memory, tool use, function calling and your own business context via RAG. We don’t sell generic chatbots that just repeat FAQ answers.
What is n8n automation used for?
n8n is an open-source automation platform (similar to Zapier or Make, but self-hostable with no execution limits). We connect your CRM, email, WhatsApp Business, online store, accounting software, ERP and any tool you use, without costly custom development. A well-designed n8n flow can save 4–8 hours of manual work a week and remove human error almost entirely.

It depends entirely on scope — a simple chatbot with RAG over your website is a very different project from a complex agent integrated with your CRM, or a bespoke multi-agent platform. We sign a DPA with every client, and full on-premise deployment is available if required.

It’s the right solution when you need the AI to know your business without hallucinating, and it avoids the cost of fine-tuning.

Yes. We build AI agents inside the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API) that handle enquiries, qualify leads, book appointments and hand over to a human when needed — with conversation memory, CRM integration and responses personalised to the contact’s history. Before starting, we agree a concrete KPI: hours saved per week, qualified leads, resolution rate without human intervention, average ticket, NPS, or response time.
