2. Purpose of processing
At YAG Comunicación we process your personal data for the following purposes, depending on your relationship with us:
- Contact form: to handle your enquiry, respond to you and, where applicable, prepare a commercial proposal for the services you request.
- Clients: to provide contracted services, issue invoices, maintain the contractual relationship and comply with legal obligations (commercial, tax and accounting).
- Marketing: to send you commercial communications about our services when you have given express consent or where a prior contractual relationship exists.
- Web analytics: to understand how the Website is used through self-hosted analytics cookies (Matomo), always subject to your prior consent.
We do not create profiles based on automated decisions that produce legal effects on the data subject.

4. Data retention period

5. Recipients and data processors
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We do, however, use suppliers that act as data processors under contracts governed by Article 28 GDPR:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU) — hosting and server infrastructure.
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — frontend hosting, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — CDN and security, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland, EU) — professional email services (Google Workspace), where applicable.
- Matomo Analytics, self-hosted on our own servers (Hetzner, EU), with no transfer to third parties.
We do not carry out international data transfers outside mechanisms with adequate safeguards (adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Your rights

YAG Comunicación applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:

- Encrypted, automated backups.

- Ongoing staff training on data protection.
8. Minors
YAG Comunicación's services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 14. If we discover that we have received data from a minor under 14 without verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will delete it without delay.
